possibly move max level from 200, back to 135?

| i know, this would take loads of time fixing all characters accounts
but i was thinking
when you have 136 or lvl 135 hp
you can get your hp lower
when you have 200 hp, your basically, for lack of nicer words, screwed.....
idk
its just a big suggestion
i kno it would be a very hard transition
but think about it death 
please :]

| FIRST OF ALL NICE SUGGESTION
SECOND ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE SAME SKILL LEVEL
THIRD IT WONT TAKE LONG TO CHANGE THE MAX LIMIT
BUT IT WILL BE HARD TO CHANGE ALL THOSE WHO HAVE 135+ HP LEVEL....
SO ILL CHANGE THE MAX LIMIT BUT STAFF NEEDS TO HELP ME USE P RINGS AND KILL THOSE PEOPLE WHO HAS INF HP.....

and now we both have 135 hp
and we can die now!! :D!!
